Digital Marketing Agent £21'000 (pa)

Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkIn, Trip Adviser)

  • Helping resolve customer queries and complaints.

  • Resolving disputes and logging them.

  • Conducting Market Research

  • Collecting and logging customer feedback.

  • Create Google Adwords and Facebook Advertising campaigns.

  • Writing engaging content.

  • Client/Brand meetings.

Social Media Account Manager £28'800 (Pa)

Essential Duties of the Social Media Manager. Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including: Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

Videographer / Creative Executive £28'000 (PA)

Creating, editing and scheduling is the main  part of your duties in this role. It can be extremely demanding however, the opportunity to work on some multi million £ projects and work with some of the industry leaders is one of the benefits of the role. The job requires a lot of traveling and working with small teams to produce video or image content to be later scheduled and published through social media or other digital marketing campaigns.

Creative Executive (Videographer / Photographer)       

40hrs / £28'000 pa

VIDEOGRAPHER / CREATIVE EXECUTIVE 

Creating, editing and scheduling is the main  part of your duties in this role. The training for the role takes 12 months. During training, salary will be £18'500.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Content management duties include:

  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
  • Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company’s marketing and online review building).
  • Create a regular publishing schedule.
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
  • Promote content through social advertising.

 

Skills & Qualifications

Before you land the role of Creative Execr, you should work on strengthening the following six skills:

  1. Creativity: You need to have a strong creative background, which can include project design, copywriting, or art illustrations.
  2. Fearlessness:  In order to get things done, you should be able to fully commit to strong ideas, as well as take the blame when a campaign does not go as planned.
  3. Leadership: By assuming the role of an executive, you need to be able to lead and inspire the members of your creative team.
  4. Flexibility: In the business world, there's a great demand for flexibility, as travel and overtime are often required more times than not.
  5. Communication: Creative Executives must be able to work efficiently and effectively with clients to produce the clients’ desired outcomes
  6. Technological Savviness: As the business world comes to rely on technology more and more, technical fluency is highly valued.

IM Ltd are looking for someone with strong writing skills, initiative and a good knowledge of Social media.
